Mrs. Nogan
Hello! My name is Joyce Nogan and 2023 starts off year 21 for me as part of the ECSC family. Before coming to ECSC, I taught 6th grade in Brown County for 2 years and was a 6th grade teacher at EMS for 1 year, before transitioning to my Edinburgh home of 5th grade. One thing I love about 5th grade is the conversations you can have with the kids! I enjoy hearing their opinions and thoughts. My husband and I are from “back East” and moved to Brown County in Dec. of 1999. We are both University of Delaware grads (go Fightin' Blue Hens!) We have 1 adult daughter. She and her husband live in Cleveland, Ohio. We have 1 grandaughter, Emma. She turned 11 over the summer and brings so much joy to our lives! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, puttering around on the porch, crafts, and spending time with my family.
